You've tried everything. Nothing sticks.

You know something is off. You're doing the "right" things — eating well, exercising, managing stress. And yet. If any of these feel familiar, keep reading.

01

Bloating, IBS, or digestive issues that flare unpredictably and leave you planning your life around your gut.

02

Hormonal imbalances — mood swings, painful periods, fatigue — that doctors shrug off or medicate without answers.

03

Exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. Wired-but-tired. Running on cortisol and wondering where your energy went.

04

Food sensitivities that keep expanding. You're eating a shorter and shorter list and still don't feel well.

05

A frustrating cycle with the medical system — tests come back "normal," but you are clearly not well.

06

The creeping feeling that no one is taking the time to actually understand what's going on in your body.

"Science and compassion working together for lasting results."

Not a band-aid.
A root cause.

Conventional medicine is exceptional at emergencies and acute care. But for chronic, complex, functional issues — the kind that don't show up on standard labs — it often falls short.

Nutritional Therapy looks upstream. Instead of suppressing symptoms, we find out why they started — and work with your body's own intelligence to restore balance.

Time & attention Sessions run long. Your story matters. No rushing.
Personalized to you No generic protocols. Your plan is built around your body's unique needs.
Clinically grounded 20 years of nursing expertise underpins every recommendation.

Simple. Supportive. Sustainable.

20+ yrs RN

I've been where you are. I know the way out.

I'm Jessica Ellison (Jess) — a Registered Nurse with over two decades of clinical experience and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who found holistic healing the hard way.

My own story started with years of IBS, fueled by Stage 4 endometriosis. I was doing everything "right" and still suffering. When I finally followed the same root-cause framework I now guide my clients through, everything changed. I'm living proof that healing is possible — and this is the best I've ever felt.

That experience is what drives this work. I know what it's like to not be heard. To be handed a prescription for a symptom that has a cause. To feel like your body is working against you.

It's not. It just needs the right support.

Jessica holds active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with over 20 years of clinical experience, alongside her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). Wildflower Holistic Wellness is licensed and insured.

"Jess has been so helpful and attentive with me through a health and healing journey. Her patience, honesty, and understanding is unmatched. I truly had no idea where to start and she created a plan for me that allowed me to change my habits at my own pace, which has been far better than any other methods I've tried. She has always kept me well informed about the 'why's' and 'how's' to create a better understanding of my body and the things it needs (this includes answering all of my many, many questions.) If you want someone who will take their time to help to create a better you, Jess is your girl."

What becomes possible
when your body works with you.

Digestion

Eating without fear. Knowing which foods nourish you. Leaving the house without planning around your gut. Feeling comfortable in your own skin after meals.

Hormones

Predictable cycles. Stable mood. Energy that lasts through the day. Less brain fog, fewer cravings, and a body that doesn't feel like it's working against you.

Daily Life

Waking up rested. Making food choices with confidence. Feeling present with the people you love. Not spending your mental energy managing symptoms.

What you're probably wondering.

Still not sure? These are the questions I hear most often before someone books their first call.

What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner? +
An NTP is a certified nutrition professional who helps restore balance through whole foods, lifestyle, and foundational health practices — focusing on digestion, blood sugar, stress, sleep, and nutrient density to support your body's natural ability to heal. Unlike conventional medicine, we focus on why your symptoms started, not just what to call them.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners focus on the roots of health, not just the symptoms. What sets us apart from conventional Western medicine is time, personalization, and prevention. Instead of quick visits and prescriptions, you'll get space to share your story, a plan tailored to your body's unique needs, and practical steps that support your long-term energy, digestion, and overall vitality.

Do you accept insurance? +
No — and that's intentional. Insurance is designed for short visits, symptom codes, and managed care. Real root-cause work takes time, context, and strategy. By working outside that model, I can give you longer sessions, individualized plans, and education you can actually use. Many clients find the investment pays for itself in fewer prescriptions, specialist visits, and years of unresolved suffering.

It's also worth zooming out on cost. Over a lifetime, many people spend tens (or hundreds) of thousands of dollars on premiums, copays, deductibles, and medications. That system excels at managing symptoms, not resolving why they started. Lots of drugs. Very few cures.

What will our sessions actually look like? +
You'll receive my full attention — no rushing, no generic checklists. We'll start with a comprehensive intake that covers your full health history. From there, I'll build a personalized plan tailored to your goals and adjust it as we see how your body responds. Think of me as a partner, not a boss — you're the expert on your own body.

True healing takes teamwork. I'll guide you with personalized recommendations and support, but real progress depends on your commitment and follow-through between our sessions. Change doesn't happen overnight — your body needs time, consistency, and care. When you do the work, you'll see the difference.

Is this telehealth or in-person? +
Sessions are virtual, so you can work with me from anywhere. This also makes it easier to show me your kitchen, your food labels, and your real daily environment — which is often more useful than a clinic setting anyway.
How long until I start seeing results? +
It depends on how long your symptoms have been present and how committed you are between sessions. Some clients notice shifts within weeks; deeper healing typically unfolds over 3–6 months. True healing isn't a quick fix — but it is lasting. That's the whole point.
What's the free consultation for? +
It's a no-pressure 30-minute conversation to make sure we're a great fit before you commit to anything. You'll share a bit about what's going on, I'll tell you how I work, and together we'll figure out if working together makes sense. There's zero obligation.

Ready to start? Let's talk.

Whether you have questions, want to learn more before booking, or just aren't sure where to start — I'd love to hear from you.

The best first step is always the free consultation. But if you prefer, use the form and I'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Or book directly for the fastest response.
